Travelled down from Newcastle yesterday on the train, Rob met me at train station, proper gent, picked me up in the car I’d bought which was exactly as described, very pleased with purchase, level of service was excellent, got some lovely cars in stock, would highly recommend, it is my sons first car and he loves it, many thanks Rob, Michael

Not happy at all. Bought a car from here and I found a fault with it as I got it back home the same day. Dealer hasn't been able to fix the fault and is now refusing a refund even after me quoting the consumer rights act. Had the car less than 28 days. Avoid this dealership.

Bought a clean car at a fair price delivered to me and very happy with it. It had done a few more miles then stated but put this down to a genuine mistake in the ad.

I purchased a ford st just before the new year. I have tried to contact them but they don’t reply to my emails or phone or text or contact form on their website. My exhaust broke within a week, needing a new back box, the rear tyre was flat when I purchased the guy said it’s because it was sitting on stones, it’s got a slow puncture. Then I broke down a month after and had to replace the alternator. I’m now having problems with the turbo. Has costed me a fortune since the new year and since I did tell him my wife had just recently died and I have 2 kids I think the service has been nothing but disgusting.

Where do I even start? Firstly as a point of utmost importance, this dealer is an absolute con artist and extremely deceptive. He knowingly sold me a car which had serious pre-existing faults to the ecu and mechatronic unit. These faults became evident to me after having a full diagnostic check from a independent garage. The BMW I unfortunately bought is basically a lemon. Long story short, this dealer has tried all the tricks in the book to avoid and evade me. He wont however evade the Trading standards. Stay well clear because he needs shutting down for good!!
