Bought a Range Rover from RST on behalf of my brother . Despite calling up at short notice on a Sunday afternoon (after being let down by another dealer) I was met at the office within an hour or so to view the car. Seller was sound, the car was clean and a good example for the price. No hard sell, just a test drive and the car sold itself, made it half way back across the country with no issues and my brother is very happy with his new car. All the cars I saw in the yard on the day looked clean and well looked after. Would happily buy from here again.

Absolutely not a company you can trust to buy your second hand car. The moment things go wrong with the car, they will just disappear. Would not pick up the phone or answer any messages

Roberto and Lewis very helpful with communication etc happily picked me up from station which was helpful Car was as explained…. Radio didn’t work and tyre was a little damaged but they quickly sorted that with some discount as radio well dab kept resetting which isn’t something they quick lets be honest:…. Had car few weeks now touch wood all ok no issues Many thanks

I purchased a car from Revised Car Company Ltd and couldn’t be happier with both the car and the level of customer service that I received. Rob was nothing but helpful whilst also being 100% honest. Presentation of the vehicle was second to none and I was able to drive away the same day. I had viewed another car from another reputable dealer and it didn’t come anywhere near the level of presentation of the car that I ended using purchasing from Rob. I would definitely recommend this dealer and will be back to purchase another vehicle in the future. Thank you once again Rob!

After travelling from south wales to London the first car we seen from a garage was a complete nail. Luckily we had already arranged to view the Touareg from this company aswel. He did not disappoint the car was as described and we bought it. If you read the reviews from a few days ago we purchased Lewis p Touareg which he had px with this garage. He only had a small garage but every car was immaculate there and he’s a nice guy no pressure and happy to help with any questions. Would definitely recommend to others. A long way to travel so nice to see some people are still honest about their cars condition as the other dealership we dealt with was terrible. Will no doubt be back in future if I ever need another.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!Had to fight with the dealer with my finance company to reject the vehicle after two failed repairs! The dealer was never available and he didn’t care! Out of the ten months we owed this car we drove it for two! Paying every month for a dangerous car we couldn’t use! It has caused my family so much pain and anguish. I lost my father during this time and didn’t have a car to drive to his funeral! Don’t trust this car dealer he doesn’t sell decent safe, family cars! He sells dangerous broken cars! Steer clear big time!

Thank you for taking the time to write an anonymous and untrue review. I would firstly like to touch on the subject that I did pay for your car to be repaired not once but twice, despite both of these issues being wear and tear items and me being under no obligation to rectify them. However, as a gesture of goodwill, I agreed to pay for works to be carried out for these issues at the expense of £1500 to myself. You selected a garage of your choice due to it being convenient for yourselves and I agreed to pay the bill in full, which I did. I then received a phone call from the garage claiming that they had actually misdiagnosed the car and had ordered and changed the wrong part and I would now need to pay for the correct part which I refused to do. This is something that needed to be taken up with the garage and not myself as I paid for exactly what the garage quoted me with no questions asked. I would also like to state that not once did I receive any phone calls from the finance company requesting for the car to be returned to myself. In fact, the only phone calls that I did receive were from an overly aggressive woman who screamed and shouted down the phone to me and didn’t let me get a word in edgeways. It is disgusting that you have chosen to post both an untrue and defamatory allegation on my review page due to the fact that you clearly cannot afford the upkeep on the Range Rover Evoque that you chose to finance. Not only did you choose to opt out of getting an extended warranty (as you didn’t have the funds to pay for this) but you also have chosen to consistently and constantly hound me every time a windscreen wiper or light bulb needs replacing on your vehicle. Going forward, I would carefully consider the choice of your next vehicle more wisely and would make sure that you can actually afford to pay for parts, services and MOTs as and when instead of attempting to rely on the dealer (that you purchased the vehicle from 10 months ago) to pick up every single bill for the upkeep of the vehicle.
